After another go at Tabata Sprints I took today off. The results so far are very noticeable. It’s amazing how great 12 minutes can do you. So far so good.

Decided to not do any pyramids this week and concentrate on the Tabata Sprints. It’s awesome. Only 12 minutes for the whole workout and I can feel my muscles working at it
